While afternoon tea requires a reservation, we welcome you to join us at the bar for drinks anytime. We offer an array of fine wines and spirits as well as seasonal cocktails.

The Pimlico Pantry is situated on the lower ground floor of Georgian House, a listed period building built in 1851, which means we have to be accommodating to its Victorian design and therefore we do not have any lift facilities. Access to the ground floor of the building is via three steps from street level to the front door and there are 16 steps down to the lower ground floor.
For certain experiences which are fully pre-paid, reservations are non-refundable but fully transferable. For all other afternoon tea experiences where only a deposit is taken, reservations may be rescheduled and cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time.
To transfer a booking, log into your Tock account and profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your Bookings" on the upper right. To transfer a booking, click the “Transfer” button next to the specific booking.
Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as cash payments in GBP. Please note that we do not accept American Express or any other credit/debit cards other than those mentioned above.
We do not endorse a strict dress code in the Pimlico Pantry and encourage our guests to feel comfortable so casual attire would be suitable. For certain experiences this may vary but information about this will be available at the point of booking.
Guide dogs are welcome but unfortunately no other animals are able to visit the Pimlico Pantry.
